Volunteer Application Forms

1. Please read "Nozomi Centre Volunteer Participation Policy" before preparing the application documents.

2. Provided you have read the centre's policy and agreed to it, please fill out the application documents below and submit them at least 4 weeks prior to your preferred arrival date (for teams, please submit the application for each team member).

3. Please submit the below documents;
　　　A Volunteer application form
　　　B Recommendation letter (for individuals and team leader only)
　　　C Letter for consent (for volunteers under the age of 18 only)

4. Volunteer participation depends on the centre's schedule, accommodation availability etc. Nozomi Centre staff will contact you to discuss your participation, after you submit the application dosuments. Should you not hear from us within 5 days, please contact us on phone or email.
